At D’oria, we carefully pack and ship every order with love from Taraori, Haryana.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all across India. For international orders, please contact us at [email protected].

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days. Handmade and art products may take 1 to 2 extra days as they are quality checked and packed with care.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Free shipping will be offered during special promotions.

4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID on your email and phone via SMS/WhatsApp.

5. Delays
Delays due to weather, courier issues or festivals are beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated.

6. Wrong Address
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If the courier returns the parcel due to wrong address, re-shipping charges will apply.
